We employed Brendon Uys to correct a major installation fault in our heating system. The existing system had been wrongly designed both as regards the heat pump selected and the hot water cylinder specification. Using a heat pump had seemed to be the only practicable alternative to the antiquated oil-fired boiler. However, we had started to believe that heat pumps were based on flawed technology.
Brendon quickly put us right. He managed the potentially disruptive task of replacing the original equipment superbly well. His cheerful manner and calm confidence was a tremendous change from a year of chaos and uncertainty.
