This unusual project in the Harrogate area of Yorkshire saw the aspirations of the owners realized as they set about transforming the Pannal Water tower into their dream home, it was such an interesting development that it has been featured on George Clarke's Restoration Man on BBC Channel 4.

The water tower internal layout comprises of  a ground-floor living and kitchen area with a 300ft well with a glass top in the center of the kitchen floor making for a heart stopping and show stopping moment when you walk into this area, the mezzanine seating area has stairs to two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the fourth floor is taken up with a fabulous master suite and a spiral staircase to the converted tank which can also be accessed by the glass lift from the ground floor level which can be accessed on any of the floors.

The heating installed by Heacol Ltd over all floors of the building comprises of two Panasonic Air Source heat pumps for heating and hot water installed into this interesting development.
